Are you looking to venture beyond the shore? We have dock space and a variety of watercraft available for rent. Looking to venture out by land? We're close to golf courses, tennis courts, hiking trails and a network of back roads for cycling, walking and running. Need supplies? We're within walking distance of groceries, hardware, and the post office. Hungry? There's everything from bagels to ice cream to filet mignon within a short walk or drive, with plenty of local shops to browse through on the way (and one of those shops is Keepsake Quilting - a big favorite).
Sad the summer's over? No problem - we're open year round! There are plenty of fall colors, and the Mount Washington docks for the winter within sight of our beach, all decked out for the holidays! We have direct access to major snowmobile trails, are centrally located for the sled dog races, and being right on the water puts the fishing derbies in our back yard! We're 20 minutes from all the Weirs Beach hot spots, 1/2 hour from the Tilton outlet shops, and within an hour of North Conway and most of the attractions of the White Mountains. Also, the Mount Washington stops in Center Harbor one day a week and provides tours of the rest of scenic Lake Winnipesaukee.
