Summer Rates – Father’s Day to Labor Day

Motel rooms

These are available on a nightly, multi-night, and weekly basis. Our 2008 nightly rates for motel rooms range from $105.00 to $130.00 plus tax, depending on the unit and time of the week. Each unit has a base occupancy of two; extra guests would add to this rate. Dogs are also allowed in some rooms for an extra charge. The nightly rate is discounted for stays of six nights or more. A two night minimum weekend stay is required unless availability permits otherwise.

Cottages and Suites

Advanced reservations for our cottages and suites are available weekly only (Saturday to Saturday) from the week of July 4 th through Labor Day. A cottage or suite would be available on a nightly basis only when a week is open and that opening is close at hand. Our 2008 weekly rate for cottages and suites is $770.00 or $880.00 plus tax, depending on the unit. Each unit has a base occupancy of four (except Cottage #1 which is two); extra guests would add to this rate. Dogs are also allowed in all of these units for an extra charge. The nightly rate, if a cottage or suite is available, ranges from $130.00 to $170.00 plus tax, depending on the unit and time of the week.

Extra overnight guests are $10.00 per night or $50.00 per week. Day visitors are $5.00 per day. Dogs are $10.00 per day or $50.00 per week per dog.

Off Season Rates

The Lake Shore is open year round and the rates vary from Labor Day to Father’s Day. Special rates and minimums will apply to events and holidays like Columbus Day, Rotary Fishing Derby, Bike Week, etc… Please call for more information and rates for these unique times of the year.
